Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy covers any paid services or products offered through rushikeshsonawane.com. I believe in being straightforward about how this works, so here it is.


 
1. Free Newsletter

The newsletter is completely free. There’s nothing to cancel or refund. If you no longer want to receive emails, just click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any newsletter. You’ll be removed promptly.

2. Paid Products or Services

If and when paid offerings are introduced through this website, such as courses, consulting, or premium content, the following terms will apply:

Cancellation

  • You may cancel a subscription or service at any time by contacting me at contact@rushikeshsonawane.com
  • Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle (if applicable), unless otherwise agreed
  • Access to paid content will continue through the period you’ve already paid for

Refunds

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase
  • If a product or service doesn’t work as described, I’ll either fix it or give you a full refund, your choice
  • No refunds will be issued for services that have already been fully delivered
  • Digital downloads are generally non-refundable once accessed, unless there’s a technical issue
3. Consulting or Project-Based Work

For any consulting engagements or bespoke work arranged directly:

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before a scheduled session will receive a full refund
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours may be subject to a partial fee, depending on the work already done
  • If I cancel or reschedule, you’ll always have the option of a full refund or an alternative time
4. How Refunds Are Processed

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider. I’ll confirm the refund by email once it’s been processed.

5. Disputes

If you’re unhappy with something, a purchase, a service, anything, please reach out directly before going through your bank or payment provider. I’d rather fix the problem quickly than have either of us deal with a chargeback process.

I take complaints seriously, and I’ll do my best to make things right.

6. Changes to This Policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here. The effective date at the top of the page will reflect when it was last revised.
